Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our warehouse.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, FETDOM ships to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy for furniture and textiles?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that for large furniture items, a restocking fee may apply unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. You can also log into your FETDOM account to view your order history and real-time shipping updates.
